What is the problem with the pattern rotary filter

I remember being in norway about 25 years ago and most cars were fitted with an electric heater in the water system. this meant the cars warmed up very quickly, saved the owners alot on fuel and helped with emitsions. There were plug in stations in car parks so the car would never be cold.

When i blanked my sons car i simply installed the blanking plate only. Does this mean ive only half done the process, is there any real benefit of blanking the vacuum pipes.

Have you tryed making your repair plates 5 to 10 mm bigger all round, by doing this is will make welding so much easier. when you butt weld 2 pieces together you can only weld a short distance before the heat builds up and you burn through. By making the repait plate larger you can now weld on...

The Best way from experiance is to use a spot weld bit. if you can wedge something in between or get parting pressure to seperate the two parts this helps as soon as you drill through the surface you wil feel the surface release. possibly the worst way to remove spot welds is by hammer and...

You need to fine tune your welder. If the welds are proud Its because you have the wire speed to high.

Never heard of anything like that, follow normal practices re pre filling the filter.
