Good Morning,

Firstly I'd like to thank you all for the kind comments and praise that you have directed towards me, both online on this forum and through emails to my managers in regards to the service I have given you, it really does mean a lot when people show appreciation for my work.

As many of you are aware, at the start of our partnership with Landyzone there were a few issues and problems that hadn't been addressed properly on our part and a few questions which needed answering. Hopefully, I've rectified these issues, spread a bit of understanding as to how our brokerage works and restored some confidence in insurance.

The whole point of this thread is, I'd like to get our current/potential customers opinions of what they feel we can either introduce or improve upon to make the overall service and provision of isurance to you better. For example, an online portal which is readily available for you to access insurance documents, policies that cover you for timed off road competitions or something you've simply had with another insurance company that we currently don't provide.

These comments as a whole will aid us moving forward as an insurance company and have a positive affect when it comes to your experince of insurance in general, which we all know, is an absolute minefield... Even for me :mad:

Again, thank you for all the positive feedback many of you have already given, it really does make my role an extremely enjoyable and rewarding one.
