Freelander 2 (LR2) Which bit is this!

Hi, I’m hoping you fine folks can help me out here as I’ve now ordered 3 different parts, none of them have been what I need and the other half is looking increasingly vexed at eBay returns mounting up! What I need is the bit that covers the manual key hole cover on passengers side door.
does anyone have any ideas on a part code or a source for one of these?

You need Part No LR032995, which is the emergency passenger door key cover in black.

Strangely I also ordered one, which came from China, but is actually grey, not black.
Looks like I'll be painting it next year.
