What's the Deepest you've ever taken your Defender?

It was about 10" lower but the wave made it that high up the screen.

Right up to me tyre valves

Had my standard height disco through thornford ford that had 4ft depth on the marker board, well over the bonnet.

Wouldn't recommend it.

Yea it is. Balsall common

I have submerged the whole bonnet the windscreen was making the bow wave to stop it coming in my side windows it almost stopped me dead with the resistance but but a very fast gear change saved me I have a snorkel and full wade kit

Yes I was craping it and no my wife wasn't.

in ma v8... yes v8 disco i got a good bit in avon daset that was half way up the windscreen! was kinda wobbling about trying to find some traction. the gf was ****ting it!
the rev counter didnt wana work after tho lol.

Certainly an eye opener as to what these vehicles will do.

Me and my mate went in a tank crossing and got it half way up the windscreen and got out the other side a little bit wet but we drove 140miles back home and it was fine
