I guess were talking with full wading kit fitted and not a standard defender with the it intake on the side of the wing?
I have driven my totally standard landy through water that came up to the height of the bonnet.
Luckily i had been on an offroad driving day the week before and remembered about the bow wave thing, my son was in the passenger seat almost crappin himself
u need to sort that asap b4 ya do anymre water..its not sealed properlyHi, whats the bow wave thingy I should know about, havnt been deep yet but am waiting for the right moment. Also my Defender 90 200tdi has a safari snorkel on it but when i put my hand over the top with just the pipe bit sticking up and no cap on the engine still runs and it sucks in air from the outside part of the snorkel (the bit that attaches to the side of the left wing).
Thanks Terra Dog
