I had over two years out of a pair of those instead of 12 months out of normal boots, comfy an all...:)

Just a heads up. We had a memo through at work, through one of the companies we subcontract for, that these boots aren't allowed because they don't comply with recent health and safety certs.

I think its b*llocks to be honest, but check up before you get them!

H&S are saying they don't like Riggers cos they don't provide any ankle support. But they can't ban them because they still meet the BS standards for safety boots. All they can do is recommend that peeps don't use them.

painted the inner wing liner attachment holes (or rather around the holes) decided I need to fit a nutsert to attach the front wing attachment bracket, cos i cant get under the battery tray any more :eek:.

got myself some stainless strips to make up the noo brackets.


aint those plastix clips fookin expensive?
 
fitted my cb into my centre console

today I drove to craddocks and picked up the bits I need then got home in the dark and cleaned, greased and reassembled the rear hubs ready to put them back on tomoz in the daylight..
bet you was impressed wen yer got there an yer could fit under the height barrier on the stink a **** carpark :D:D
 
I went to get some medicine for the wife in mine, then it started snowing so i went for a play in the forest instead, had a poo and a quick vimto. Might go home in a bit and see if she's dead yet.
 
finally finished fitting the new drivers seat.list of items used
3 socket sets,
6 spanners,
two screw drivers,
3 torches,
1 mirror,
pair of mole pliers
pair of bolt cutters
12 washers
one 4 inch bolt and nut
drill and bit (2 of em)

that was one mother****in awkward bolt
 
fitted the hubs back on and popped the new pads in, put the steering wheel and airbag back on

and had a rant at padocks cos the bloody speed sensor didn't turn up.. apparently next day doesn't mean what I think it means...
