I have too much time on my hands while at work... so stupid random questions are bound to pop up from me all the time! :D:D

so, anyone actually got a water tight defender around the doors n floorpan?

no matter how shallow I wade, I'm always getting wet feet from somewhere!

No such thing.Water tight landy? You MUST be joking!:D:D

there's a story I heard from someone.

To test the effectiveness of the sealing of their new cars, manufacturers were known to lock a *cat in the car overnight. If, in the morning, the cat had suffocated, they knew that they had an airtight car.

On hearing this, Landrover attempted the same with their defender, popped a cat in, went home, came back the next day and the cat was gone. :D

* No cats were harmed in the telling of this yarn.

Do the later models count? Ours is a 2006 CSW and it doesn't leak at all....not a dribble. Not even in torrential rain.
