if anyone is interestered there's a good thread in anything goes

concerning a gent who has tried to take land rover to court over a vcu

it's called the landrover lies

know there are extremely clever members here who have very good technical knowledge

this is his first post

This link takes you to a series of videos that shows the amazing story of how Landrover UK corrupted an independent single joint expert (SJE) who clearly conspired to pervert the course of justice with Landrover UK and committed perjury along with a chief engineer at Landrover UK.

As everyone knows, a viscous coupling AWD can not generate transmission wind-up and no system can generate wind up on a low friction surface but as you will see, the SJE creates the wheel spin by use of the throttle but claims that the car is doing this by itself because of wind-up.

Sadly the trial judge was fooled and the videos show the incompetence and corruption of the police when it came to investigating the allegation of Perjury.

The videos technical depth may not be to everyone's enjoyment but otherwise I hope people do watch and realise what happens if you seek justice from the courts. Landrover UK will pervert the course of justice with impunity.

I hope people watch this and don't place their faith in the courts as I did. This has destroyed my life and left me with nothing to live for.

I've made a mistake... I've posted on page 20... Is this a super troll?

asked the op to post his questions on here, will then get simple technical terms

Mentally deluded is what I would call him. Freud would have a field day..... :)
It's what we used to call a 'fekkin' nutter

Off his trolley...
3 sandwiches short of a picnic...
Body by Fisher, brains by Mattel.
An experiment in Artificial Stupidity
:)

he was asked so many questions a lot of them weren't answered , admire the bloke in trying to stand up to big companies but have to know when to pick ur battles

has been going on i think for 10 x years

i did say put it on ebay as spare parts are always handy :D

Not so much artificial stupidity, more actual stupidity I think!

Quite extraordinary - I think he's been fighting a lost cause for over 10 years?

I an fully understand his situation, I had a puncture in 1972 which left me mentally damaged.
Happy ending though after years of couciling I haven't killed anyone for weeks, and the doctors say if I keep taking my medicin the voices will stop eventually.

I hope its a troll, cos he's seriously screwed up if not. I wouldn't want to be one of those people he's crossed paths with - the one's he's got pictures of up on the wall in his cellar.

I hope so too. Otherwise he's "ruined his life" for no obvious reason other than a shear obstinance to look facts in the face.

I buy and enjoy British cars, so I know I suffer the same problem, but I don't think I'd go to court over it.

Or may be I can find a lawyer4me who will take on a no-win/no-fee writ against British Leyland/ Austin Rover/ MG Rover Group? ;)

There is a reason the thread was moved to AG.
When I started reading the thread (after it was moved) I was a bit upset it had been moved because I thought it might be something that could be discussed rationally within the Freelander section, but once on AG - the inmates would surely rip it to shreds with its Freelander bent.

You must have had a premonition though - cos it ended up in its rightful place :)

I agree - that thread has some true laugh-out-loud moments!

Luckily I wasn't drinking tea at the time. ;)

The voices warned me....

:eek::D:D

u must be a mind reader or have an excellent chrystal ball to have moved it to ag in advance :D

shame the guy hasn't come back yet, maybe he didn't like the answers

felt he kept plugging the video for some reason and also maybe to try and gain support from the forum in the way of letters, joining the band wagon so to speak

but then came the money outcome, maybe because in the 10 x years he's covered all the avenues

wish him all the best in his endeavour but always think u have to pick ur battles and to what outcome
