V8 not running on 1 bank

I'm buying a Disco 3.9 of my cousin, however it is not getting fuel to one bank of cylinders, i suspected ecu so this was swapped but still the same problem.Wiring looks OK. Wiring diagram shows 2 sets of resistors but i cannot find these.anyone know were to find these?
I cannot get back to the vehicle till Christmas so any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

For those of us who are not blessed with being psychic, could you give the year, model and engine type/size with the injection system details?

That way there's a chance someone will come up with some answers for you.

I bet it's 1994 to 1998, Disco 1, Land Rover V8, 3947cc, Lucas-Bosch hot wire.

Go to Green Oval's website and download the RAVE CD for your vehicle, that will give you all the info you'll need to sort out most of your problems, but most importantly it will give you the wiring schematics and injection system info so you can look at what issues you have.
