V8 ;loose washer/slinger

Hi all,
A friend of mine has a 2000 v8 p38 which recently threw the belt after the 70mm idler pulley seized.Anyhoo, after picking the shredded belt from around the crankshaft pulley, the dished washer/oil slinger ???? is loose and free to spin and rattle. Is it normally held with a spacer or circlip??

Just pressed onto pulley i think.

Thanks for the reply Wammers,just need to try and stop it spinning round and rattling now.
