urgent: Radius Arm 300tdi disco

I'm half way though an axle swap and a bolt is siezed on my radius arm... has anyone got one with a decent bolt?

Needs to be west sussex/hampshire way and asap! 4

My 90 one was seized.. Well I thout it was.. **** loads of wd40, and a big piece of bar on the end of my breaker bar.. And then put all my weight bouncing around on it, cracked the fist off finally and off she came, with regular wd40'ing
