Kinda on/off topic...

Got an old twin axle horse trailer(made by rice) to pull behind my 'ol SII, it's got 16 inch wheels currently fitted with very cracked 6.00/16c tyres (which are turning out to be 'kin expensive if you can find any). Wheels are 4 stud, so cant replace with series landy ones & even if I could, there's not a lot of clearance to the body of the trailer or in between the tyre faces. Was thinking of putting spacers on to push the wheels out a bit & see if I can get 6.50, or 7.50's on there - might be a bit optimistic there. Anyone got any recommendations for finding these tyres (tried ebay, the few that come up are either silly money or very far away, or both)is there a cheap & readily available metric equivalent?, or has anyone got any ideas?

I have 4 Series steel rims, all with 600x16 Camacs on, 3 of the tyres are almost new and one tyre is buggered....

If you wanna make an offer?

Im in kent.

These tyres will be going on ebay this weekend if you dont want em...:)

You will most likely be able to fit 650x 16 as you are only looking at being 1/4 inch wider , I would advise not to think of spacers due to loadings generated. JMHO HTSH:)
