tyre pressure and vibration ?

Hi ive got 225/75/16's a sort of MT pattern, im getting bad vibration at 55mph+ so thought id start with the easy stuf - then get them ballanced - what should i be running the pressures at ? i think they are currently 34/36

i think you draw a line across your tyre and go for a drive, when the chalk wears evenly you have the correct pressure.

from what i have read on here most put 28-30 in the front and 32-36 in the rear but not seen anyone with your size before

exactly - make sure yu do it with all tyres and use an average across an axle.

According to my Land Rover manual the tyre pressures show As :
FRONT 28LB 1.9 BAR REAR 38LB 2.6 BAR
Thats a whole 10lb more pressure in the rear !! ??? is that right ?? got to be aint it if its in the manuel ?

I find the car feels & steers better with the fronts at 31/32psi.

usually 28 front 38 rear but i run 30 in front
