We also don't do expensive. My blood of my car fund is all but spent. If this can't be fixed for under £100 I'm going to shift it and buy a Shogun. YEH I WENT THERE.

You could make an electric jet ski with the ewp and go to work down the canal?

what do you expect when you just dismiss

Genuine query though mate, what would I be able to do better if I had more machine skills? Do you mean make a new head? Or a part that could solve it? Hell can't have enough hard skills I say.

........miniature Pratt and Whitney Wasps anyone :D?

NOW WE'RE TALKING. Oh my god that's just crazy enough to work! The EBP from DC only does 25 l/min - not enough :(. Could we perhaps restrict the voltage to the pump?

I expect a profesional reasoned response, but then, maybe not.

what have I dismissed? Unlike you, I have respect or these guys. They have taken on something that many wouldnt. telling them to get a job in a workshop achieves nothing apart from showing that you think you are above most peeps on this site. Yo do know a lot, James, but you certainly dont know how to relate to others.

i was refering to mhm ,everyother thread with tech problems we discus throw ideas in ,but not on some obviously ,i cant say what your problem is but ali heads do move if overheated without needing the same temp again

not true at all, but is the current thing some of you like to fling at the moment ,80000 members but half a dozen have a problem

Ok James. If Ali heads move again after an overheat, without needing the same temp again, what can be done to aleviate or eliminate this problem?

Because if this happens on a regular basis, and there is no fix, then you're saying that any Ali head that has been overheated will need to be scrapped, as it is likely to move if re-used?

I think some ****ing around and head scratching are in order! Shame we can't just shove the ewp on mine to test it? But I ain't cutting me impeller off;)

Take a butcher's at this. You see how the flow directions conflict where the tank feed hose meets the coolant rail? That's what's going wrong here, the coolant is being pushed up the wrong way!

depends on the temp it reached and its stability temp ,heads vary ,so not all, there isnt an easy cure ,new or another head ,ive seen valve seats that have fallen out of relaxed heads
