Anyway.
I'm after some advise and to check my thinking, my last Landy was a 300tdi Disco so if I'm out of date then I apologise.
I'm looking at a 2008 TDV8 in Vogue apec with decent history but it has lapsed a little. Not too far I think. 137,000 miles.
Got a clunk from the rear when I dropped it into low range, I'm thinking rear anti roll bar bushings? Not too bad of a job. About 50 notes if I spanner it.
Acceralation and breaking is good but on the cruise there is vibration in the drive line, I would say UJs or a at worst a new prop. I'm guessing rear, but it's just a guess. Around 300 quid?
Reversing camera is goosed. 150?
New discs and pads front 180?
Obviously needs a good service, last one was about 12000 miles and about 3 years ago. Ideally would like to replace every fluid in the car, including a transmission service.
When I kicked it in cold today after viewing it yesterday I didn't wait for the glow plugs and it failed to start and through the MIL it's only done 130miles this last year and I'm thinking maybe O2 sensor, but that's a guess. I stupidly didn't take my code reader.
Or am I wayyyy off on my pricings?
