Has Anyone every repaired a Radiator and its lasted (if so how) or should i just change it for a new one?
the reason i ask is go a leak out of mine in the middles little jet of water coming out?

dont even try, im sorry we went to great lengths to repair one on a friends 110 that was only a couple of weeks old, we thought we had done it but10 miles down the road it had gone. it could have cooked the engine but not for a little luck and caution. far cheeper to replace rad than engine

Yup no point in trying just replace repairs just dont last if you were to take it to a rad shop they would more than likley just do a full refurb or nothing

thanks Guys
new one it is...
i sort of guessed that would be the case but hey worth asking the
Question
thanks Steve

My repairs last, not that I've ever done a LR rad :) and all I have is a 65 watt Solon soldering iron and some multicore solder and a quick blast with a blow lamp if required.
How? that depends on what is wrong.
