Td5 lack if power

Hi, I have a landrover defender td5 that is running a stage 2 td5inside map with popcorn limiter.

When I floor it and it reaches around 4000 revs, the revs go down than up again and it doesn’t give it’s full power, I changed the airflow sensor and it remained the same, also the popcorn limiter isn’t sounding well at all, it doesn’t pop, it sounds like a speaker with bad distortion. What ideas do u have ?

Addit: Nice edit

Unplug the MAF and run without it. Should solve the issue.
