Hi I have a Discovery 2 TD5 auto which starts to splutter/judder/hesitate/cutting out when driving at higher revs/rpms

The car is spluttering and loosing power on high revs (over 2500rpm) and cutting out whilst driving and to try and fix the problem I have
1. Replaced injector seals and washers with genuine
2. Replaced fuel pump with VDO
3. Replaced fuel filter housing
4. Waste gaste moves freely
5. Replaced fuel filter
6. Replaced wiring loom
7. Cleaned red ecu
8. Cleaned crank sensor
9. New air filter

The car has a td5alive stage 3 map, alisport intercooler, and egr delete

Even after all these replacements the car still splutters when I drive over 50mph like it's not getting enough fuel and ends up shaking/jumping till it cuts out

Any ideas what it could be ?

Hi, you need to plug in a diagnostic tool to see if there are any codes logged and see live data when the symptom occurs, untill then inspect visually the engine harness as close as you can follow it between the head where it's plugged to the injector loom and back to the ECM cos it used to get chafed where it passes beneath the engine, see this https://www.aulro.com/afvb/discovery-2-a/143155-d2a-td5-misfiring-cutting-out-engine-harness.html it's quite common happened to me too and i bit the bullet and bought a bran' new engine harness but if it's not that it can be ECU topside switch failure too though i can't guess without diagnostics result
