TD4 loosing power at 75mph

Hi can anyone shed some light on this problem, I was loosing power at 75mph so looked on the zone found possible answer, fitted EGR by-pass kit car is great but still have at 75mph management helicopter light comes on and loses slight power won't exelerate,drp back below 70 light off power up to 75mph light on power loss. I have fitted all new hoses on induction side now at a complete loss.
Can anyone help out here?

do you not understand the national speed limit is only an unobtainable aspiration for most of us not a hindrance

seriously, why you trying to get up to 75mph....60's all i can do with a 200tdi, plus I like I like my drivers license & i like my insurance to stay low.
