Suspension problem

Hello my name andrew I mite sound daft to you all but this air suspension new to me I towed my caravan other day and suspension sat on bump stops and will not lift I pressed the dash button with all doors shut and beep once light flashers content but no change in ride hight I cart hear pump working under the passage side(can u normally? ) I have power to the pump I checked fuses I checked air bags for leaks can 1 help Please before I have to pay a garge £££££££
