Ok then, now that I completely knacked some of the bushes for the front and rear springs, after taking them off, it looks like I'm gonna need a set of bushes.
Certainly dont want shatpart ones, whats the popular type at the moment, and where to buy, polyurethane off eblag?, my experience with vehicles is more racing that mud diving (yes I said mud).

Polybushes are easier to fit than standard.

I have found though that the eye for the bush on my parabolics (rocky mountain) is a different size to standard, so watch out for that.

I've spent the afternoon trying to fit some floflex bushes to my 1982 series 3 SWB (with bearmach parabolics), the challenge is that the shoulder is very hard to get in to the chassis mounts which are just wide enough for the springs. Lots of lubrication and work with a crowbar finally got them in, any ideas? Should I just cut off the shoulders?
Thanks
Charles

OK, I used WD40 & coppergrease..all I had at the time, I've done a search and imersion in hot water appears to help as well. The temp was only around 7 degrees so that may have made them a bit stiffer.
