Dear all

Last week a 1997 Camel Trophy Defender 110 was stolen from a driveway in Manchester.

It was Reg P237 KAC bearing the Camel Trophy number CT12.

It is a distinctive genuine Camel Trophy Defender 110 with all terrains on wolf sandglow rims, green shovel on bonnet, rear of roof rack dented, South Down rear tank protector wth removable hitch, two side facing seats in boot (one diagonal roll cage crossmember removed for this).

Obviously Camel Trophy vehicles are very distinctive and not often the target of thieves, so we assume this has either
- been nicked to break for parts
- or stolen "on order" and is destined for shipment abroad.

Please keep your eyes open and your ears to the ground and notify [email protected] or the police if you have any information.

Thanks

Blippie

Bit of recent history that I know of:

- vehicle was stolen around November 2008

- I found the vehicle outside of UK December 2010

- I brought the vehicle back into UK January 2011

- I went through with the Manchester Police & NFU (insurance company that paid out for the stolen vehicle) and secured the rights to the vehicle legally…….I have the correspondence papers to prove this

- I also went through with DVLA to get the original registration back…….I also have the paperwork to prove this....current V5C present and available

- This vehicle have all the chassis numbers and registration matched and is legally back on its registration as P237 KAC
