Spotlights help needed please

Has anyone got any diagrams to wire up spotlights, i am trying to wire up to lots off spot lights.

1. Two spotlights on bumper bar, im trying to wire them up on high beam to flash. need idots guild drawing please

2. Roof light bar, this is holding 4 light, and im trying to wire them up on a switch. again need idots guild and drawing please

I'm in night shift now and have just a short brake, i looked to the diagrams, if nobody have one ready to share it with u i will draw tomorow after i wake up a scheme(own idea) on how to wire them up as to work. Nr.2 is very simple just tell me the power(Watt) of the bulbs u want to use to see what kind of relay/fuse to use, for nr.1 u will have to insert a relay on the circuit as to cut the feed of from spotlights when high beam is selected coz the high beam and the flash have the same wire to headlamps and if u just simply wire the spotlights in parallel they'll work when high beam is switched on too.. Did I understand well? ...u want the spotlights to work just on flash dont u?

...and..sorry for my poor english but what do u mean by "idots guild"?

I was writing while u've already got nr.2 sorted as i can see^^

Many Thanks to you all, the only thing i sime to be lost on is the switch.
one is the earth, one goes to the relay, but ware would you get the supply to for the switch, would this come of say the cig lighter?

If you want them off a switch just find a decent Ign supply, inline fuse then to switch and off to relay.
