Many diagnostic systems do not work with the Range Rover as it does not use standard OBD protocols.
Faultmate, Nanocom maybe Hawkey & Lynx do read and clear faults as does Testbook the LR diagnostic system.:)

All systems I have contact with using odb so different question :is it possible that some faults need to be remove only by authorised dealer soft or dedicated to "and rover like autologic or lynx?

Datatek has answered that.

Land Rover products use a bespoke unique protocol and as such only Land Rover based diagnostics will fully access all the systems.

A generic OBD scanner will do little on the Range Rover unless it is specifically programmed to the LR language.
