looking for a roll cage for me 90 after a couple of brown trousers moments thinking it was going to go over, so can anyone recommend a roll cage for a 90 hardtop that bolts to the chassis.
thanks
thanks
Todd,
Scaffold tube exceeds minimum standard for msa/blue book spec cages IF built to the correct recognised design and mounting points. And its seamed and very cheap unlike cds will not deform as easy. Good and bad depends on situation.
just a thought are the internal roll hoops any good as wont have to cut the body then and has anyone got pics of how they mount to the chassis.
Gcoo8154, I'm fitting an internal cage soon, got the cage and sorting out the chassis in a couple of weeks prior to making the mounts. The front is easy to do but i'm confused about the back. Could you put a pic of your chassis mounts up? Do your mounts basically create end up with flat plates against the underside of the tub then sandwich the cage to it with bolts?
Thanks, Harry
