Road Fund Cost For 2004 - 2006 110 Defender?

Bit of a funny question but what would the tax band be for road fund on a 2004 - 2006 defender 110 diesel?

My bosses Hilux sits at over £400! a year!!

my 2000 90 is £225.

That any help?

Not sure as I was under the impression it changed somewhere along the lines??

My 2002 TD5 90 is £225

Pends on the missions...

Our 2004 passat estate is £260 as the missions is 199g co2 the same as my bro's S200 which looses 260 odd g's of co2!!

Check the missions on the V5

Depends if its registered as a van or station wagon, if its a station wagon its over £400 (not sure how much exactly?)

My SW is £225

As far as i Know its all down to engine size

It did but for newer model year think 2008/09 model years BGB is right

Some sw's are £460ish it depends on the year. 2005-6 onward are more expensive , but it then dropped again 2011-12ish I think.

It was something to do with how land rover classed them at the time.

Land rover found away around with their utility model to get a lower rate

i have just taxed my 2005 range rover and that cost 280 if it had been registered in 2006 then it would have been 480,it all depends on engine size up to 2001 then emissions after that,one rate from 2001-2006 then 2006-on is another rate.
