Learn't to drive on a 1956 Series 1 Reg. XKO 120 in 1968. Stuck to the Land Rover marque until 2015 after going through the 'Series' range, Range Rover and then Discoveries. Selling the last Discovery in December 2015. That's 47 years of LR ownership, I must have been bonkers

- One that doesn't break down, but it'll never happen. They're made to breakdown!
The Series 1 was a good reliable vehicle, even the Series 2 was pretty good. But thereafter things started to go downhill in terms of build quality and reliability. I stuck with Land Rover in the mistaken belief that they would improve, they never did
RIP Land Rover
