Rear diff output flange

Today i took the output flange off my s-reg disco axle to change it from the 3 bolt rubber doughnut to the 4 bolt style. What torque should the the retaining nut that holds the flange on be? I could only find my defender Haynes which doesn't mention it.

Tight as ****.

Remember to line it up so you can get the split pin through.

I tightened mine with a 2' bar and I reckoned my torque was good

Just checked for you, the Disco 1 haynes book of lies doesn't mention a torque setting either.

Pinion nut 129Nm but I don't have nuts or split pins just a M12 bolt with threadlock to hold the 4 bolt flanges fitted as standard on 1997/8 V8s.

Thanks very much, mine has the m12 bolt also so will go with 129nm
