It looks much better without just get some rally bulbs 90/160w work great on p38 and very bright and I don't get flashed by other drivers so can't be blinding them to much

voted boobies but they dont look bad mike. Why not look for an a-bar to fit them to and would get them closer together.

on the other hand if you decide to get rid, drop me a pm. I may know someone interested ;)

The fact that you're asking means that you're worried that they'll spoil the look of your car. You're right, they will.

and they block the air flow to rad...but keep them.also fit hid's to standard units..its like having eyes of an 18yr old again..

so what, everyone else does..and besides traffic cops have actually commented on my good!!! lights...

also if clever you can fit h4 hids to the spots too...like mine...

no it wont....most mot stations havn't a clue when it comes to landies..not found one that has a deceleration meter/brake tester..etc..

the cops seem to take the angle of..if properly done..(dont dazzle etc) then they are a positive driving saftey aid...

opps to slow on posting...well mine pass each year..has self levelling..its a range rover remember...??

Thanks for all the opinions guys! I think I'm gonna stick without them - I might find some smaller ones to fit, but I don't want to fit these in the centre as they'll block airflow to the radiator - which in Morocco probably isn't such a good idea!

I might get some smaller ones or, if I get a roof rack, a couple of small oval ones up there - we'll see.

For now though I'll go without, so if anyone wants them drop me a PM!

P.S. I voted Boobies too :)

Mate of mine had a classic in the eighties with bigger spots than that and they were in the centre, he never had any problems with overheating if thats what your concerned with for airflow to the rad. For Morocco have you thought about fitting an extra electric fan with a switch in the cab, that should give you all the airflow you will ever need.

Advantage of the electric fan is that you could leave it running for 10 mins when you switch the engine off, in hot conditions this would help to cool the engine down, just a thought.
Davie

Well it could if you have driven it hard, when you stop there is no airflow that is why on hot days you sometimes here the electric fans cutting in on modern cars when they have been stopped and also if sitting idling in traffic the viscous fans are not very efficent.
