Reet then. Changing disks and bearing on me Rangie. Removed calipers OK, retracted drive shaft, flattened out locking washer and put box spanner on nut. WTF, 6mm hole to stick summat in to turn it!!?? What are you supposed to stick through that hole that will undo the nuts without snapping whatever you've stuck through it??

Bollocks, more curry on me keyboard

they should'nt be that tight ... stick the thickest screwdriver yer can in and undo gently and it sholud come undone ...

Can't think what hole ye're on about:confused: And when ye say 'retracted drive shaft' do ye mean shoved it in? Got any piccies?
Dunno about Rangies, but if they're the same as me bus all ye had to do was take off the rubber cap, remove circlip, loosen drive flange nuts, loosen wheel nuts, jack up the motor, take wheel off, remove the drive flange, take the big nut(s) and lockin' washer off, wiggle the hub off catchin' the thrust washer and outer bearing before it hits the ground, stick the hub on the wheel ye've just taken off and usin' a breaker bar and socket, remove the disc.
That any help?

Just had some curry meself;) :D

assuming he's on about the box spanner for the hub

Tis the same as a deepender, the hub nuts are fookin tight though. Removed 5 bolts on drive shaft flange an took it out, 12" flat blade an Manchester screwdriver to flatten out locking washer. Put hubnut spanner on, but me big screwdriver wont fit through holes in said spanner to turn it. Used a smaller screwdriver (10") an snapped the fooker. Gonna go an see if me mate has some 1/4" high tensile bar hangin around.

The bearings are absolutely shot to ****, prolly because they've bin done up so tight. Will report back tomorrow :(
