Pay and Play sites in West Yorkshire (To visit or For Sale!)

Ok first if anyone knows of any pay and play sites in the area could you list them.

Secondly anyone know of any pay and play sites in the area for sale? Or any land that would make a good pay and play site that is to rent or for sale?

I am thinking that it could be a good business to get into along with some other things that I am planning to set up soon.

I was thinking of seeing if anyone is willing to admit to owning the Flappits and see if that could be re opened as a pay and play site with better Health and Safety in place.

Land in the following areas would be good
  • Brighouse
  • Halifax
  • Elland
  • Huddersfield
  • Bradford
  • Keighley
  • Batley
  • Dewsbury
  • Leeds

I already know of these pay and play sites:
  1. Park Wood
  2. Frickley
  3. Briercliffe
 
Good luck finding land you'll meet lots of brick walls trust me i know.
Ive been looking for land for over 3 yrs now to set up a full adventure centre but as soon as you mention the idea of 4x4 the doors close even if you can prove your gonna be sensible and put lots of measures in place to protect the land.

Wow found my 1st Business Partner! :D

I am more of an optomistic person and tend to smash any brick walls that stand in my way. I understand that there can be a lot of red tape, but considering that some sites in the UK have been set up by grants and government money I am sure that it can be done.

As for searching Pay and Play..... I mainly get brothels! Not the kind of pay and play business I was after!
 
try hill and ditch its in frodsham not the area u said but worth ago there web page says it needs a manager or its closeing down u never know they might sell it.
 
I have just been having a chat to a chap called Paul who has access and planning permission and diggers for a local pay and play site Just off A565

The site is going to be on The Leisure Lakes at Mere Brow,
The site should be used only for motorbikes, quad bikes, 4x4 buggies, 4x4 road vehicles and motocross training bikes.

Leisure Lakes lost their appeal to allow land to be used for storage and caravans for war games and re-enactments by the Phoenix Rebels Western group.

The one on leisure lakes has been there ages has it not? Just behind the jet ski pond.
It used to open thurs-sunday. A bit small but was ok.
Is this the same one?
