Ive not got any fitted to my 110 but am thinking if I did they would help reduce the water/salt and mud etc from spraying the rear cross member and foot wells.

Mine were fitted onto the rear cross member so didn't prevent it getting clarted with muck! It also needed holes through for the mountings.

Never had any on the front though. Have you thought of lining the inside of the front arches with a bit of conveyor belt that you can remove for cleaning?

I believe the braket bolts to the cassis and then to the rear wing. Flap hangs off it.
However, remove them or tie them up if you go playing, I tore mine off. So there in the back to get re-fitted along with the front ones.
If anything it's some courtesy to other road users.

P.S I'm liking the wood store Scotsman.

Ripped mine off the series too

as shifty said, it's their problem…….deal with it

Thats not quite how Shifty said it

Your too young to remember what it used to be like trying to overtake a lorry in the rain  Having said that I've not got any on the back but happy enough to keep the fronts that were on it when I bought her......dont wanna spray my chassis with salt any more than necessary

Close enough :p

My front ones were rotten so I ripped them off, might see if the rear ones will fit the front although the waxoyls should help protect to

All the flaps do is reduce the spray out the back. Ive them fitted all round. Still get mud and ****e up the sides and all over the chassis and bottom of tub. You cant stop it without putting inner wings on like modern vehicles.

Just removed mine whilst welding up the x member as they are bolted via a bracket to them....when I say I removed them, the bolts sheared off and then it was a case of a gentle pull and off the brackets came

I doubt ill refit them to this x member.
