WELL!! After 3 weeks of running a v8 rangie I think it may have to go even though i love it, maybe ive got eyes bigger than my wallet 50.00 in petrol a week is just tooooooo much man gutted cos its only got 66k on clock

ya big poof drive harder,i can manage 3 figures a week on diesel.My v8 wasw quite often 325 a week...:D:D:D

its a rangie live with it
 
i must admit, i think you were silly if you thought a 4 or 4.6 v8 dragging all that car with auto box and permanent 4x4 would sip fuel and not damage the planet!!!

As a guide to others re how much it cost you in a week to run your figure is totally irrelevent without a mileage to go with it. What does a weeks mieage represent 50, 100, 150 miles?
 
They do like to stop at the garage...but if you gassed it it would make it much more sensible....that is if you intend to keep the car for a few years to recoup your money.

i dont give a **** how much it cost i just like driving it. never going to be best thing on fuel and most of us know that befor we buy them
 
3.9 on petrol. 163 miles from £55. 9.3 miles to the gallon, mostly town driving but it aint cheap!

Sounds nice though, when it works lol
