Had this happen twice now in last 2 months?
started car up and suspension fault appears on dash.
all lights go off on height ride display.

both times plugged Hawkeye in and ran a diag test. basically the fault says their is a comms eror between dash ( not communicating)
tried to reset and it resets then alarms up again after 3 seconds.

found out that if i reset then quickly turn car of and leave it for an hour or so the fault then clears?

so my question is?
how long do i have to wait before the cars memory forgets the fault and clears?

If there is a fault - it will be logged until you/Land Rover/Indy et al clears it....as far as I know...

I had a check engine light pop up, then after 5 days or so it disappeared - when I finally got the All Comms - the stored log was an O2 sensor out of range....

I am guessing after the Sensor calmed down, the CEL went out - but a code was still stored.

One thing I find strange on the L322 is - if there is an error in one of the systems on the CANbus (HDC, ABS, DSP, EAS, CBC & Steering Angle) it will shut down all those systems....

So a dodgy ABS sensor will render the EAS system inoperable as they share the same data bus - maybe yours has a fault somewher ethat is manifesting as a comms error to the dash, when in fact it could be something else....

Look on the RAVE manuals and find the Data Bus Diagrams and see what else sits on the same bus as the dash and see if there is something else causing a comms error....yer never know!!

Mine was doing similar a few months ago

It was the compressor packed in, when it tried to kick in the dash lights went out shortly after like yours

What are the fault codes ? Or cant the hawkeye communicate with the EAS ECU ?

will plug Hawkeye back in tommorow and see if codes have gone.
if not i will also find exact codes?

Im thinking its a ride height sensor, because its happend within 24 hours of operating up/down on suspention( both times) however it could be anything?
