It's a single motor/mechanism so if you get blow to the passenger side of the screen but not the drivers side, you must? have a blockage or pipework disconnected.
The distribution motor is on the right hand side, just above the blend motor

ooo ok weird, will see what i can find, sounds like a dash off job , managed to do the left blend motor by taking off the glove box and the left air bag, and drilling through the duct to take screw out, then tape it back up

Thanks for your advice

Getting to the distribution motor is easy, helps to take the drivers blend motor off first. Once you've done that you can manually operate the distribution flap, make sure it goes all the way in both directions

The kick panel comes off and there's a duct to the rear. Mine was previously cut in half and tapped back together, easy to remove. Once that's out of the way you have easy access to both motors

Remove the kick panel, remove the instrument binnacle, remove the instrument cluster and you are looking at the two motors. Dead easy, takes about 5 minutes to get to them.

Without sounding thick what is a binnacle and what do you call the kick panel

thanks all

The instrument binnacle is the plastic assembly with the dials and lights on that tells you key information like your speed. The kick panel is a removeable panel under the dash on the side of car where you are likely to hit with your foot when furtling about in the passengers knickers.

your be surprised what i kick. is it the panel to ok thank you, i just call it the instrument cluster and surround, will brave the cold later

Thanks

How do you know he's wearing his passenger's knickers?:D
