No de-cat :-(

Yesterday received a message on my door that my package with parts arrived with the post (of course I wasn't at home)
I collected it today.
Directly checked it...as it seemed "small".
Unfortunately no de-cat pipe...everything else was there

...It's hard to miss that a de-cat pipe is missing...

...and I wanted to fit it next weekend

Hope they will believe me it wasn't send

Yes, it is on the included invoice.
2 things with a dot in front of them in the invoice.
The loadliner and the decat.
I suppose these where supposed to be send in a different box.
Others like brake pads, filters, etc where in 1 small box.

Anyone already had this? Parts missing from an order?
What was the action/consequence?

Hi Koen, I wonder if they sent the small stuff by post and the larger stuff by courrier?

Dave,

As said, I received 2 packages.
A small one with the little stuff and one with the loadliner.
The loadliner-package was 1meter x 1meter x 15cm...so really "small".

I've send them yesterday a mail, but no response until now

I'm not going to publish that (yet).
I want to give them the possibility to defend themselfs first and give them a little time to check and respond to my question.
I don't want to throw with mud.
What I can say: it is a big online shop from which I know many of you already ordered.... as it was by more then one of you I got their adres.

I started the thread to find out if some else has had a similar experience, and what was the reaction of the seller at that time.

If it was a registered delivery, which it sounds like it was, did you sign for 2 packages? If so take pictures, email them and ask how a de-cat pipe was supposed to fit in either of those packages..

Yes, on the packages "1of2" and "2of2" was indicated.
I did send the mail (yesterday evening), I did take a picture(this morning).
But didn't include the picture in my mail (as it was taken afterwards).

Didn't receive any response on my mail yet...which I would have expected to receive.
Even if it were just: "we are looking in to it"...nope

The end of the story...

Today a seperate 3th package arrived.

So I received everything now.

Unfortunatly, still no response of the seller.
Having an object on the invoice if is arrives later with a seperate package (without stating so on the invoice)...not the way I would work.
But hey, in the end I'm happy I received the decat pipe for the weekend.

....some work to do this weekend

Hi Koen, there is a gasket between the turbo and the de-catt pipe but I just re-used the existing one and it was fine.
