Newbie

Hi all

New to here and some time since I last drove a land rover... Last ones would be a series iii , 101 forward control and a 127. (All in a previous life )
Now I have got me a Disco TDI 300 auto and would like to see what it can do hopefully without bending it!

Would like to have a proper Landy but budget, practicality and something the Mrs would get in all played a hand!

As if staying dry when it rains and being able to have a conversation are important

proper landy ,disco is but with comfort ,even defender went over to disco eng /transmission with 300 tdi

Who said anything about fenders? Nasty boingy things wiv there gurly suspension The mans owned proper tratters

Must admit the best fun I ever had in a Landy was in Germany taking a 101 off road to get used to it, before I was allowed to take it on the road. Even took it round the circuit with a loaded sankey and was paid to do it!!! Happy Days
