yep there should be a metal clip which fits in the metal pipe bit in your hand which locates in the groove on the intercooler when pushed fully on is it missing?

I believe it is integral with the pipe....

popped off again! No matter how tight I make the jubilee clip! does anyone use any specialist suppliers for the l322 that might stock such a part?

Clean all the oil off the inside of the pipe and the stub then try a coat of cyanoacrillate on the mating surfaces

Couldn't the popping off also mean there's some sort of back pressure somewhere ??

I've just used some metal adhesive on it now as it was really ****ing me off! Plus a great big jubilee clip- that should do it!
