Lrt 12 117

Hi

I was going to change my fuel filter and then reading rave I see I need LRT 12 117 and it's like £78.00

Is there a way round this?

What year and engine?

Ah.....that's a tricky one as it is a 2001 but has the older engine in it?

Petrol or Diesel????

Euro Car Parts - about £12 for the filter without any trade discount,

The tool is not needed Ash, you can do it if you are careful with a 17mm spanner but for changing the filter even that is not required.

Just fill the new filter with diesel before you screw it back in and it will only take a few seconds of cracking to get it started again (or at least that is all it took with mine).

not needed just fill the filter with clean fuel and all will be ok

if you must buy one save yourself some cash....

or as stated before, 17mm spanner used carefully will be fine
