lost all power and lots of white smoke

my mates disco tonight while we were on our way home suddenly lost all power and was bellowing out white smoke and wouldnt rev above 1.5 thousand revs..let it couple of mins started again and it was fine then after a minute done exactly the same again and wouldnt tick over properly and wouldnt rev and fires out loads of white smoke,any idea what this could be?

Turbo died?

Did you hactually put petrol in it by accident?

sounds like it's sucking oil through the turbo.

check your turbo pipes for splits and holes. Mine split and I lost power (but didn't smoke). Probably not this but it takes 30 min to remove pipes and inspect and if they are damaged it's only £37 to replaced the two pipes.
