l322 amp !

hi guys ,
finally traced my "muted stereo" problem to the amp (i think), sound comming from tweaters and mid speeakers but no sound from bottom door speakers.
checked all connections on left side of boot and found amp plug damp and corroded , removed amp and that also shows signs of water ingress and despite cleaning and drying both , no joy , so looks like a new amp is needed.
if anybody has an amp kicking about please let me know as i dont really want to pay rr prices if i can help it, the part no off amp is xqk000020.

new to the site . Be gentle .
My 03 range rover stereo has no sound . power is going to the stereo but no sound .
my mechanic says it needs a new amp .a common problem with range rovers im told ,due to corrosion from getting damp .

range rover are quoting nearly £400 .

can I get one cheaper somewhere ? part number XQK000020

will it definately fix the problem ?

how do i prevent this problem happening again ?
