P38A Jerking when throttle released

Hi all,
Car is a '95 P38 4.6, when the throttle is released the car seems to jerk sometimes once sometimes twice. It seems to only do this in the range 40-60mph so I based on that I think it's when the torque converter is locked. When doing around 65-70mph+ it doesn't jerk when the throttle is released. It doesn't seem to matter if I release it very slowly either, it still jerks when all the power is removed. Props are new.

I think if it were mine I would change the fluid with some of that Lucas stuff, 1000 miles and then fluid change again and see if that helps. Easy and not that expensive if you search around.
