Is this a wind-up???

I've recently been reccommened a LR parts place in the Midlands run by a guy named "One-armed-Mick"..........

Unfortunately the guy doing the reccommending couldn't remember the official name of the place as he'd only ever know it as "One armed Mick's"

Apparently, it's not far from Shirley.
Can anyone tell me if this is a wind-up or does this place actually exist - I can't find ANY reference to it on the internet.....
