Morning gents. I went and viewed it. Light surface rust on leaves and chassis. It’ll naturally get a coat of red anyway haha. The service history checked out - it’s done around 4K a year and been serviced at a Porsche specialist. Only thing missing was proof of belt changed so I got that within the deal. Truck was lesser spec than I wanted I.e I wanted invincible but it was an auto which I did want and mechanically it looks well cared for! I’ll do diffs, auto box etc when I get it. It drove really tight and was quiet. Seats had 0 damage and despite it being s bit old inside was really comfy. Happy chap. I can now get my dog out with me and make the most of what little time we get with them. Cheers all

Haha yes. In essence the oil looked a few k old. Was very impressed with the motor. I pick up next week and trade my beauty in. There’s more to life than nice cars though and I won’t be having a nice one again for a long time as the just bleed money!!

Cheers and agreed - looks a bit tool thieving, horse rustling, tarmac your driveway 20mm deep, fell your trees, steal your working spaniel esque. If you get my drift haha. Will get some sand titan covers and also an apple play double din for it as desperately need to have phone and nav. Shouldn’t cost much for someone to paint them. 60 quid maybe?
I’ve had a few early 90s jdm toyotas. They were really tough. It actually has the same interior feel as these so was a little nostalgic which was a really nice feeling. I hope it’s a good un. Time will tell

+1 on the hilux. As the roads are so bad here, I put my focus st in against a mk8 hilux invincible x. A lovely comfy machine with loads more space than the car. It just soaks up the bumps where the car would have been bouncing about
I had one of those on company - lovely motor!
