Nobody can tell you what your insurance is going to cost except the insurance companies. Do a search here for some places to try but otherwise get on the web and stick your details into one of the many insurance quote websites. There are also a million ins co's advertising in the landy mags but I've found the so called "specialists" can be expensive.

Aye I'm currently paying 84 quid fully comp on my 109. Doesn't mean you'll get it that cheap though they might not like the cut of yer jib and decide to punish yer in the wallet department.

im 22 just rang adrian flux to get a quote if i bought the disco i was looking at..£486 a year third party, green laning and off road cover, passenger injury cover, sterio cover and european driving cover, windscreen cover all with no extra charges!! considering most other insurance companies wanted to charge me from £700-1800 for just fire and theft, even aviva who i have 5 years no claims with wanted to charge me £800!!

i might get the old tub yet :D

buy a landy mag and go through all the ads there.Id generally steer clear of the main comapnies like more than admiral direct line etc.

I did compare the market...ranged from £114 to £800 fully comp...hmm...only diff i could see was i could get a loan car while mine was being fixed...which covers about 293 days a year.

Ah...but had to use their approved garage..so i took the £114 from barclays and i'll fix it myself as far as possible..

Got a '95 Disco 300 Tdi. Went with National Farmers Union. Got 4 drivers insured even tho' all have no NCD as named drivers on other cars. Got all the extras on the Ins and it was only £415 total. As everyone else says - look about... Our next best quote was £950!
