and can someone explain why having the last 8 inches of exhaust as big as the Mersey tunnel makes it good? I always thought an exhaust should be tuned to the capacity and rev range of the vehicle - not look like a dustbin attached to the back!

Corsa was certainly pretty nippy and showed up more than one boy racered saxo/106 or any other chav-chariot you care to name.
Biggest load I've had in the 110 would have to be 17 people in/on it with roofrack fitted and towing a trailer with the same number of mountain bikes attatched. Pulled like a train up and down the hill all day with no (major) issues.

didn't need no insurance nor nuffin cos i was on private land with t'owners permishun. Giving all my mates and their bikes a lift to the top of the hill so they could ride back down it again.

If it was held on land which was open to the public then you do need insurance.

No it wasn't open to the public.

dunt get away from the fact that if an accident was to happen it would be your fault for over loading the vehicle and therefore you would be held responsable for any compo that was paid out.
