LRJack £65 Did more than 200miles in the two days just for the recovery.
Fuel cost: £255
Wednesday man power: 2 x 9hrs x 20 = £360 (Don't forget Ryder and I were there all day Tuesday, pouring down all day only had 1 jack and manual winch to move it)
Thursday man power: estimate around £2500 I was there probably 11-12 hours, beaker for 15? bob was also there until 4ish!
Cost of equipment, insurance etc.. Could easily be 4 grand...
Why didn't we just nip the plates off and run off without the disco!?!!?!?!?

Wow, just read through the recovery event and i admire your dedication.
Top work getting the stranded Disco out and staying up beat about the situation. Defently a great example of what Landy owns should be about.

Just spent a few hours catching up with this myself.
I'm glad this lane was not included in our Christmas trek, would have been interesting.
Perhaps as the lane was in Essex a quick post in our thread at the time may have helped a little. We have a few experienced peeps that may have been able to offer local help.
Well done on the recovery though.
This little episode has clocked up 50 pages since Tuesday.It's only on page 332, so yh will have to go some
