that dont sound like an svo heater then - i fink yu mita got it g-man:(

that aint no good to ya - yu deffo need to get an oil heater, HB, preferably auto thermo switching - like wot Si has bought;).

So one o them things you posted me a link to? I needs one o them.

Can someone help me fit it pleeeeeeease???!!

Quick fix to get ya going is - take fuel filter off, empty contents out (dispose of correctly), fill with just diesel, put filter back on and then try starting it. Should certainly get you home / to a fuel station to get your mix weakened down a bit!!!
cheers

i've had one of them - they take a huge amount of power, the glow plugs are very ineffective at heating the oil it you doing much more than 15MPH and they dont last much more than 3 months

So I shud'nt bother wi one o them? If i get me mixes right i shud be ok shud'nt i?

unless it's about minus 2-3 you shoulndt have any issues starting - my old TD started with less than 5 seconds of glow heat when running near 90% veg - me 200Tdi starts instantly with no plug heat (not connected them yet) and that's running near 100% veg oil - but it's a bit lumpy for the first few minutes

if your still struggling to start it - unplug the fuel incoming line out of your IP and turn it over for about 30 seconds - then refit and brim yer tank with diesel - it would help if you rock yer vehicle from side to side to elp mix it - and then try again

oil heaters that work orf yer coolant are the best bet, but them you'll notice that yer cabin heater isnt nearly as effective due to the amount of heat being taken by the veg heat exchanger
