I'm a fairly junior member, but it seems simple enough to me.

Advice on this forum has saved me hundreds if not thoudsands of pounds, saved me time and effort fixing my vehicle, and saved me pain and inconvenience of having to get a garage to do things that i can actually do myself.

Anything I can do that repays the forum, or the individuals here is a more than fair exchange. I dropped by someones house during the christmas hols, and sorted out a problem for them using my Hawkeye because they needed help, and because I could.

Asking for money, and accepting anything more than a cuppa for the assistance never even entered my head (and as it turned out I had to turn down the tea because i needed to get to my eventual destination).

This ethos used to be common in society. The fact that it is slowly dying out is the real shame for this country.

sounds like this is a witch hunt i was only trying to be helpful and then you get a tawt like storm start bullying im going to delet my profile cos i dont want to be one of you grumpy cnuts,its your loss as i worked for land rover for years and could have helped a few people out.

And as for working for land rover I bet your full of ****, plus you would have wanted money for the help

not sure how you do an a turned round though!

I owned a landy for a while then had to get rid for family, everyoe on here was always helpful and most times i ended up asking stupid q's an they still helped!:D
