ok simple answer is best stuff
Difflock Evolution One for gear box
Difflock Evolution TWO transfer box and axles
or if you want to keep it cheep EP90 and ATF
although atf would do nicely and was recommended for r380 to begin with ,i rebuild a lot and atf will protect your box as much as any oil,the same lubrication or lack of it are still as evident with mtf
isnt gear change less notchy with MTF94 it is in my own experience
im not saying mtf isnt good just that for wear atf is as good and often with either, you do tend to find boxes often dirtier inside with mtf than atf presumably atf has more detergent
Well personally I give my motors the best I can afford and am repaid with reliability.
I use synthetic transmission oils which cost about double the price of mineral oils and I change them every 10,000kms.
